LEGAL NOTICE, RETURN & LIABILITY POLICY

Applicable to all customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. HYGIENE & RETURNS POLICY

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, once the original sealed packaging has been opened, the hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed, or the item has been worn, tried on, washed, or otherwise used:

  • Underwear, panties, briefs, thongs, G-strings, and any garment containing a gusset or worn directly against the genital area;
  • Bras, bralettes, bodysuits, shapewear, corsets, teddies, babydolls, and any other intimate apparel;
  • Adhesive bras, nipple covers, bra inserts, and other skin-contact intimate products;
  • Swimwear and any items fitted with a removable hygiene liner;
  • Hosiery, accessories, and other hygiene-sensitive or pierced items.

Any return received by us that does not meet the above conditions will not be processed, and will either be returned to the sender at the sender's cost or retained as abandoned goods.

2. STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL RIGHT — EU / UK EXCEPTION

This policy does not limit your statutory rights. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(e) and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(3)(a), the right to cancel an order does not apply to:

"sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery."

Accordingly, for sealed hygiene products described in Section 1, the 14-day right of withdrawal is void once the product has been unsealed after delivery.

Where a right of withdrawal still applies (i.e., the product remains sealed, unused, and unopened), you may cancel within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the item is returned unopened, unused, and with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact.

3. UNITED STATES — FINAL SALE & STATE LAW COMPLIANCE

There is no federal law requiring us to accept returns. Under applicable state law (including, but not limited to, the California Civil Code, Section 1723), where we maintain a non-standard return or refund policy, this policy is posted conspicuously on our website and at checkout.

All "Final Sale" items are sold as-is and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Clearance, discounted, and gift-card purchases may be subject to additional final-sale terms as noted at checkout.

4. DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY GOODS — MANDATORY REMEDY

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights regarding defective, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

If you receive a product that is faulty or does not conform to the contract, please contact us within [30] days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will then offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable law. Shipping costs for verified defective returns will be covered by us.

5. ADULT CONTENT & AGE RESTRICTION

This store offers products intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over (21 and over where applicable).

By purchasing, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. Product descriptions, imagery, and marketing materials are intended for adult audiences only and are not directed at minors. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we reasonably believe originates from a minor.

6. PRODUCT USE & HEALTH DISCLAIMER

  • Our products are intended for general adult use only and are not medical devices unless expressly stated.
  • Latex, silicone, adhesive, or other materials may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Please read all material and ingredient labels carefully, and consult a physician before use if you have known allergies or skin conditions.
  • We are not liable for any skin irritation, allergic reaction, injury, or other harm resulting from misuse, improper care, incorrect washing, or failure to follow usage instructions.
  • Adhesive and skin-contact products are single-use hygiene items and cannot be reused.

7. REPRESENTATION & ACCURACY DISCLAIMER

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual color, size, and texture may vary due to screen calibration, lighting, fabric, and photography.
  • Sizing differs between brands; we provide size guides but cannot guarantee fit. It is your responsibility to review the size chart before ordering.
  • Minor measurement tolerances (±[1–2] cm) are within industry standards and do not constitute a defect.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or in connection with any order or the use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the product concerned.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum extent required by law.

Statutory rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law shall prevail over this policy.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • EU Customers: These terms are governed by the laws of [EU Member State of your registered entity]. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Country]. 10. CHARGEBACKS, FRAUD & ABUSE

We monitor transactions for fraud, bulk-purchase abuse, and chargeback abuse. Orders suspected of fraud or bulk-resale abuse may be cancelled, marked final sale, or refused a refund. We reserve the right to retain evidence and report fraudulent chargebacks to payment processors, card networks, and relevant authorities.
