For hygiene and health reasons, underwear, panties, thongs, shapewear, and other intimate apparel are **final sale** and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the packaging is opened, the hygiene seal is broken, or the item has been worn or tried on.

Items with defective quality or delivery errors are excluded from this policy and will be refunded.

Sizing Assistance and Complimentary Replacements

If you receive an item that does not fit as expected, please contact Mopa at chuanheyilian@outlook.com with your order number and details of the sizing issue.

Mopa offers one complimentary replacement in the appropriate available size per customer, including replacement shipping, for eligible sizing concerns. You do not need to return the original item when this replacement arrangement applies.

This complimentary replacement arrangement is separate from your statutory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed, or otherwise nonconforming goods. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
